As we all know, businesses are facing an unprecedented challenge with the global COVID-19 pandemic. Communicators are very much at the forefront of the response to this virus as every day new guidance is being issued by governments and health officials.In an effort to mitigate health concerns, we’re watching a global workforce move into remote working environments while trying to carry on with business as close to normal as is possible under the circumstances. We have a duty of care to our employees to make sure they are aware of what is happening, how it is affecting the business, and what actions they should take to protect themselves.
